TERMS SPECIFIC TO FREE SOFTWARE
I agree to be bound by the terms & conditions of M/sBizpanelEducators & Management Consultants Private Limited as applicable on the day of signup and as amended from time to time. I further agree that i have checked and all the information given above is true & correct to the best of my knowledge, and i am responsible for this information. I further agree that in case it is found that i am misusing the software by any means, my login will be cancelled and no data will be given back to me. I understand that the free software allotted to me aquires some disk space on the server and if i donot use for quite some time periodicity may vary for person to person and will be at our descretion) it the company may delete my data without informing me. I understand that this software is not the final version and may contain some errors which may even lead to loss of data (which i agree to bear) and i agree that if the company is unable to satisfy my requirements or loss i will raise no complaints at any stage to any one and resolution of the problems will be limited to the capacity and willingness of the company. I also agree that the company, at anytime, without notifying me at all can change, restrict, delete or modify or alter in any manner my access to the software or can end this free offer. I further agree to idemnify the company of any loss incurred due to me or my usage.
DELAYED PAYMENT OR NON PAYMENT
Please note that, the terms hereby specify to make all the payments in advance at the time of initiation of work. In case, the management relaxes the advance payment clause, free services rendered by the company, like Income Tax Filing, ROC Filing are only done in case of timely payment by the client. In case of any delay or default in payment, the company will not file the return and the client shall remain wholely responsible for the non filing of compliance. In such cases, the company may, at its discretion, without informing the user, chose to forfeit the money paid by the client and deny to give access to the work carried by the company on the clients behalf, and disable the online portal access to the client.

USE OF CONTENT
All logos, brands, marks headings, labels, names, signatures, numerals, shapes or any combinations thereof, appearing in this site, except as otherwise noted, are properties either owned, or used under licence, by the business and / or its associate entities who feature on this Website. In sum, in no event shall Company's total liability to the User for all damages or/and losses or/and causes of action exceed the amount paid by the User to Company, if any, that is related to the cause of action.
